The Revolution

Every Thursday we come together to talk about industry topics, work on an art project together, or just kick back and enjoy. Always with adult beverages. Sometimes with garlic fries. Because garlic fries are awesome.

We provide lunch to the whole onsite staff on select Fridays. Listen for the lunch bell, because we eat it all together in the Dining Room. Cuisine ranges from Thai to barbeque, and always includes vegetarian options — yes-sir!

On a Friday in August, we shutter the office and spend “Get-Away Day” at a location outside the office: swimming, tennis, water slides, abundant food and drink, and the annual wiffle ball home run derby. Getting paid to be away from the office? You bet!

While we donate a portion of our revenue to help support worthwhile causes, we also provide our expertise to help those who help others. In our annual pro-bono effort, we foster a high-energy marketing initiative where we help an under-funded nonprofit with their marketing. Brilliance emerges and some hijinks as well. In the end, we deliver a shiny new marketing strategy and the planning with implementation to boot. You’ve never had so much fun making the world a better place.

’Tis the season to gather around a fire with family. Who wants to work when it’s 15º outside anyway. That’s why we opted for taking the week off. No responsibilities between Christmas and New Years. Now doesn’t that sound festive?

We provide Floppy Revolution contracted colleagues with a membership to a national creative trade association. This membership gets you into creative lectures and gives you access to professional development resources. We’ll even send you to the occasional conference when we see the right opportunity.
